Ok folks. Thanks to your input, I have found a computer case that I like
the design of. It is a  Linkworld 312F that is small but supposedly
designed to accommodate a P4. The power supply is not the issue. Anyone
have experiences with ether of these:
Raidmax PM-S400
Enermax EG365P-VE

I have also looked at the PC Power and Cooling Silencer 275. I want a
quiet and reliable supply.
