I have Windows 2000 pro on my machine as well and mine has done the same
thing. The only difference is that mine has assigned them all IRQ 11. I have
been running 2000 for a while now dual booting between WinME and 2000 and I
cannot tell you the last time that I actually booted to WinME. So I would not
worry about the IRQ's. Remember if it isn't broke don't fix it.
