OK, The URL was too long as I said and most Email programs won't display it
in a contingent manner and will wrap it and a portion of it will become
useless. So here I am with egg on my face trying to make it right.

At this point if you do a Google Search and type in the Knowledge Base
article you will get there. http://www.google.com Type in Q255867 and it
will take you to the place you need to go. Are those words from a song or
what? This is a shorter version that may work too.
