Denise,
	Each spyware program seems to catch something different from ,
 so it is a good idea to have multiple spyware programs running.  I
personally like Spybot, and I actually have heard some decent comments
about Windows Defender.  You should probably get online, check out
PCworld.com, CNET.com, and other sites that review tech products to find
one that suits you.
