What operating system are you using to FDISK?  I believe that WIN95 has an
8GIG limit per partition.  This would be your answer.

Am I looking at a BIOS update to get a system to see > 8GB HD?  Or,
could it be that I'm locked int to 8GB limit?

Ran fdisk on a system w/ a new 10GB IBM IDE drive.  Fdisk only saw 8GB.

This particular system is a Micron Millennia MME Pentium 233MMX (socket
7) machine.
