Are you certain you plugged it back into the exact USB port that
it was first installed to?  My USB was very cranky about which port
is was installed on and REQUIRED itself to be installed to EACH
port that I wanted to use it on...  I have Back case connectors and
a 4 port hub and randomly plug different things in "where ever" and
only when I want to use them...

Did you try an un-install and re-install?
