I've had an Epson 600 for 2 years at home with absolutely no problems. I use
replacement cartrtges from inksite.com for less than 10 bucks each (b/w).

I use an HP870cxi at work. The drivers hang, the company buys expensive HP
cartridges, and plastic pieces keep breaking. HP is not what it once was.
