    That's a "USB" Open Host Controller message and for most people with
this problem a BIOS upgrade solves it. Try flashing your mobo with a BIOS
upgrade file from the manufacturer. Please be advised that flashing can be a
delicate operation and things can go wrong (not usually). Back up all data
before attempting a flash upgrade.
