        Hello All:  We have a Mustek Model 1200  111 EP scanner that will go up
through      the Prescan stage, but when one presses the Scan button,
everything goes blank. We wonder if there is any one on the net who could
tell us why we experience this, and what we may be doing incorrectly.  With
