Try to disable any power saving in both windows and BIOS. the problem could
be either hardware or software or both. It is hard to say now, but if your
computer works ok without power saving, the problem is more likely to be
software. However, hardware could fail in times, if you reinstalled win95
without any change, you may need to test the mobo.
