You can change this by editing your boot.ini file. There will be two lines
allowing you to boot up NT in a VGA or standard version and one line
allowing you to load Win95. Change the order of these lines so that the
Win95 line is before the NT lines or alternatively you can do this in the
WinNT control panel.
