Hewlett Packard did have a cleaning kit available free for cleaning DeskJet
600 series printer. I don't have the link and it has been about a year ago
probably won't solve your problem but may clean up the print heads. It had 5
sheets of cleaning material to run thru your printer along with a CD with the
required software to accomplish this, May help someone on the list.
