Rick-

If you want to dual boot, you *must* install Win95 first. NT will then
install to its own folder which can be in another partition if you desire.

Please note that the boot partition MUST be formatted as FAT (not FAT32),
or NT will not install. My advice is to format the entire disk as FAT- that
way, each OS can "see" and access the others file system.
