  The most obvious difference that I can see is in the memory
configuration.  The Intel board offers 3 DIMM slots, each limited to
128MB DIMMs.  The Gigabyte board offers 4 DIMM slots, and their only
limited to 256MB DIMMs.  That's an improvement in both capacity
(although the Intel board's 384MB is probably plenty for most
applications) AND flexibility -- you can buy smaller DIMMs now, and
increase your RAM later without having to replace them.
