When I try to fax to a long distance number it says I need a "carrier access
code."   I used the phone on the fax to call my Sprint company and they said
since the phone works the problem must be with the fax.  I turned the fax off forabout 2 minutes but it still will not fax without this "carrier access code."  This is a standalone fax machine
