I know this topic has been covered and I apologize for bringing it up again,
but I can't get my ATAPI CD drive to recognize or play music CD's.

Specs:
486DX33; 10MB ram; 2 IDE drives cabled as Master/Slave to HD controller
card.

OPTi sound card with latest drivers loaded

Tottori Sanyo Elec CD drive   v. 1.58  ATAPI  loading as secondary master

Startup file lines:
config.sys -
device=c:\tsy\tsycdrom.sys /d:tsycd1 /p:sm
autoexec.bat -
c:\windows\command\mscdex.exe /d:tsycd1 /m:20 /v



    The CD drive is working fine for other needs & plays *.wav and midi
sounds.  Any help or advice will be most appreciated.
