Have you not suspected the power supply to be broken?

Yesterday, I saw my local dealer testing one with a simple instrument.
If you will be buing one, you may consider getting enough power (watts) and
also consider the noise level of the PSU.

Subject: [PCBUILD] Booting Problems

| I'm having some booting problems. I have a computer that won't boot up.
I have changed video cards with the ones that I know they work. Nothing. I
tried changing memory and still nothing. I even bought a new motherboard
and cpu and still the pc does not want to boot up or make any sound what so
ever. I checked the connection on the monitor and all the pins are
straight. I switched the monitors and no go. Any information would be
gladly appreciated.
