Try making sure all files related to this install are removed completely
first. Make sure especially that if there is a file called install log that it
gets deleted too. Then do a fresh install from the beginning. I would also
disconnect the item from the computer and delete the reference to it under hardware
profiles. That way when you do connect it and start the install, you should
get a new hardware found message. Just as you got the first time around
