Hello,
 Is there a site where I could receive more precise information about the
organization of Windows98-Device manager-RESSOURCES.
How does this program work?
 I am trying to reserve a IRQ for a board device, through this ressource-
manager program in Windows98.
 I cannot find any information about how to do that correctly.
