Check your cpu fan and airways, In my experience this is almost always the
cause of OE fatal exceptions

Subject: [PCBUILD] Big Blue Screen of Death

About a week ago I started getting the subject BBSOD on startup. It
says "fatal exception OE has occurred at 015F:BFF72830". After I hit
the enter key sometimes it continues to bootup and sometimes it just
hangs at the startup screen. My computer has been working without any
problems until then. I have not added any new hardware or software
what so ever. Any idea what could be causing this problem and/or a
possible solution. My system is as follows:

p3 450mHZ
p2bF mobo
128 Megs ram
Diamond Vipper 770
20.5 WD 7200 HD
19" Optquest V95 monitor
50X CD Rom
HP 8200i CD Rom Burner

TIA
Andy
