    Yes.

    Yes, since the chip uses a 133MHz FSB it should have PC133

    There are a few, VIA makes one (KA133 I think), SiS makes one and of
course Intel has a few, the 810, 820, 840 and the newest the 815. Of course
if you are into overclocking the BX runs quite well at 133 although it is
officially only a 66 and 100 chipset.

    Depending on budget a MB based on the i810 chipset would probably be
perfect. Although not very high in performance the i810 does make a very
affordable system. Stay away from the 820 and 840, both prefer RAMBUS (WAY
too expensive), and although there are SDRAM versions they are slower than
other chipsets with SDRAM and the 820 is buggy with SDRAM to begin with. The
VIA isn't too bad, a little slow but faster than the 810.
    As for brand, I prefer to stick with the best, ASUS, A-BIT and Gigabyte
are all excellent brands. Hope this helped, TTYL
