If the BIOS is really corrupt and won't let itself to be
flashed, the only way is to find someone with a BIOS
flasher device [quite similar to those used to program
EPROM, EEPROM etc.] and flash the bios in.

But I think if BIOS is this bad... it'll be cheaper to
replace it.
