I have built over 40 Systems with the Duron 700 and DFI Motherboards...
Both are Excellent with no problems at all...
Why are you locked on the Asus Board?  They are much more expensive than the
DFI and I don't think they are any better, other than possibly
Overclocking... If you need to overclock then get a faster processor in the
beginning... They run cooler..
