Types of OS disk "names"

(I'm a Registered Partner and am loking for the proper terms....)

When I refer to the Retail version of XP, I use the term FPP,

the white box builder type,  Small-OEM.

the type Dell or HP uses,  Large-OEM.

There should be better, "more official" terms that those last two.
(Are there?)
