Hi there on the list I know this has been asked before, but it wasn't interesting for me then. Can you hot swap RJ45 conectors or do you have to turn the computers off.  I have DSL and would like to ocasionally share files with my son, not often enough to warent laying cables or installing a router just don't want to break anything.
