Hello Gene,

Unfortunately, if you have replaced about everything else, I would begin
to suspect the motherboard or perhaps the CPU, but my guess would be the
motherboard. If it shuts down after only 5 seconds and won't boot, it is
not the OS, you have tried different disks and memory and PSU. About the
only other thing that might be left is the video card, but that seems
far fetched to me, however a cheap video card is less expensive to try
than a new motherboard.
