The first thing I would try is to reseat your powersupply, and ribbon
cables, to the problem drives. If any of them look like they are falling
apart, or won't snug up, then replace them. If you still have problems,
then I would suspect the Power Supply first. This type of behavior is
typical, of the start of a failing ATX power supply.
