AMD K62 Benchmark

I am considering upgrading one of my computers from a AMD K62 400 to a AMD
K62 500 or 550.
Maybe even a AMD K63 450 if I can find one at a reasonable price.

Does anyone have a Wintune Benchmark number for any of these ? My 400 comes
in at 862.
I know that Wintune is a mediocre benchmark at best but it will give me a
rough idea of what kind of increase I can expect.
