Rick,
Install Win95 first. Install WinNt next. NT will create a boot manager
for you that will allow you to chose which OS to start up. If you use
FAT partions you can access your applications from either OS. You will
need to install the applications twice but install them to the same
directory each time thus you won't use double the disk space.
This is a quick answer but take your time read the screens and you
should be OK.
