Every LCD monitor has a default scanning rate (screen refreash rate) - (60HZ?)
and resolution it is optimized for. I would look up that info and try those settings.

From: "Ronald Smith" A slightly fuzzy monitor picture has replaced a sharp and clear one, as a result of a switch-over.

The monitor in question is an IBM 9493 T56A 15" LCD. While attached to an older desktop computer, it presented a sharply-focussed
image; but the newer box, also running WIN XP with an Octet Rhino MB ATIA3 and 512RAM - which produced an excellent image on another
monitor - does not. I have tried making sure the colour depth is 32 bit, but this doesn't clarify the image.

Is there some other explanation for the drop in quality and a possible remedy?
