Lorraine,

Have you powered off your ISP modem? This assuming you have High 
Speed Internet service. You can just unplug the power cord going into 
the modem for approximately 1 (one) minute this will allow the modem 
to reset it's settings.

This worth a try. I had to reset mine this morning, and it's not the 
first time this has happened to me.

Subject: Internet Explorer error message

Hi,
   I'm having problems accessing to my Internet Explorer. I'm using Win XP
. I get an error message....Cannot find server....page cannot be displayed.
  Are there certain settings that should be checked or unchecked?
