The low level format prepares a the disk for a type of disk controller and
sets up the sector postions (interleaving) on the disk.

The manufactor has already formated the drive for you. Only in exeremely
rare circumstances such that the drive had to be rebuilt.

The Hard Drive manufactor has software availible specificaly for each model
of HD. Use only this software if you must do a LLF.
