I'm rebuilding a computer with Win98. Complete rebuild including Fdisk HD.
As part of the rebuild process Win98 writes information to the registry
prior to shut down & reboot, but on this computer Win98 tries to write the
registry, but reboot happens before the registry is completely re-written.
This causes a failure on restart.
Does anyone know why this happens and how to fix it?
Steve
