Check the w98 machine if there is enabled File and Printer sharing in the
Control Panel/Network and you have shared some directories in this machine.
If you do not see w98 machine in Network Neighborhood you can try to find it
in Start/Find/Computer or type "\\name_of_the_pc" in the Start/Run dialog
box.
