I'm having somewhat the same problem.  I have a Liton 24x CD-rom that whenever
I reboot my Win95b, it's not their.  However, if I go into device manager and
click on Refresh, and a few seconds it re-appears.

No yellow exclams at all and it's not being loaded with DOS drivers, just win95
drivers.
