 I'm using 602Pro INTERNET SERVER Lite.
It costs $50 for unlimited computers, and so far I like it fairly well.
It doesn't have advanced features, but does everything I need.

I've used Wingate and this is easier to configure and use.

You can try it free for 14 days.
I also have set up Winproxy and it works well too.
