Antigen Anti-virus is running. The server is NT4 and all service
packs/patches have been implemented.

Are there any more services running that is part of your
IIS?  ColdFusion?  Java?  Some type of virus software?

Are you running W2k server?  4.0? server?  Workstation?

And most important, do you have all the M$ updates for IIS and SP for the
OS?
