Hi Patrick,
A friend of mine ran into a similar no boot/video the other day.
Turned out to be the monitor--After hooking up a known-good monitor, the
system worked without any problems.
Make sure the video card is properly seated, that the monitor is
securely attached, and that you didn't bend or break any of the pins on
the monitor cable. Check your other cards for proper seating. If you
have moved any of the cards, try moving them around--I recently ran into
similar problems with a modem and sound card that were finicky as to
which slots they were placed.
Can you borrow a known-good monitor and see if your system then boots
and works? If that doesn't resolve the problem, see if you can borrow a
known-good video card and try the same test with your old monitor. If
still no joy, try the borrowed monitor and borrowed video card together.
