That's a Pentium II with a core frequency of 350MHz and with the bus
(motherboard) speed of 100MHz.
The S-Spec by which you can find information about it is SL2SF. The core
stepping is dA1. The size of L2 cache is 512 Kbytes with a Tag RAM T6P-e
stepping A0. The cacheable address space supports up to 4 Gbytes of memory.
It has ECC (Error Correcting Code). That is a boxed Pentium II processor
with an attached fan heatsink and uses SECC package revision 3.00. The Vcc
core is 2.0 V +100/-70 mV. The temperature Tplate is specified for 5-75
centigrade degrees with ETP (extended thermal plate). And it was made in
Malay.
