  Different manufacturers have different requirements.  On most of the
drives that I've worked with lately, "master with a slave on this channel"
and "only drive on this channel" have been the same jumper configuration.
But I know I have worked with drives in the past on which these were two
different jumper positions.
  If you don't see an "only drive on this channel" setting listed, then
leaving it on "master" should be fine.  If you're still not sure, please
post the exact make and model -- someone else here may have a similar drive
(or its manual) and be able to give a definite answer.
