Packard Bell POS P75, Win95a, Azetch Labs Sound Galaxy Washington 16
chip set

I have the above mentioned Azetch Labs sound card. For some reason, I
cannot play WAV files. MIDIs play just great. Device Manager says that
the card is working properly and that there are no resource conflicts.
The only other clue I have about a problem is a message that says that
the device is being used. But I don't understand what is using the
device to prevent the playing of WAV files, but MIDIs are no problem.
What should I be looking for to resolve my problem?

Thank you for any information.
