Just yesterday I ran three OEMs from Costa Rica and a Boxed from Malay at
464 for about 3 hours each at 2.0V with no problems, they all worked. The
Boxed Malay booted to 504 and then hung at the 98 screen. I think that was
due to the volatage since the board I used for testing was the Asus P2B
which does not have a voltage selection like the Abit board.

I think they all run at the higher speeds. I don't think the memory matters
that much since your not overclocking the bus at 450, just the CPU.
