hi, not sure about your cdrw as you dont state what it is but i think the
cpu upgrade would benefit your sytem the most,at the moment the duron 1.2ghz
chip is a very good price and in benchmark
tests has been holding its own against some much more powerful cpu such as
the p4 1.4ghz.
