What I would recommend is just putting the CD in the CDrom making sure that the
system is set to boot to CD. when you get to the point of install you will
actually be able to choose to partition or not. the way I like to set my NT
systems up is make a C partition as fat and everything else as NTFS. I like to
have a fat partition to fall back on just incase I need to reinstall NT to get
access to important data. You know the data that didn't become important
until I
lost it :)  that's just my opinion
