When I burn a music CD, it will not play on my computer DVD-ROM drive. It will
play on my new Philips DVD drive through my TV set, it will play on a friends
computer CD drive, and it plays on the CD-RW burner. My computer DVD-ROM drive
does play any and all original/OEM CDs, but will not play a copy which I burn.
I have tried burning at the lowest rate of 8X, but this does no good. Can this
be fixed, or do I have to get a new CD-ROM drive? Thanks.

Here are all the specs:

My computer is about four years old ;
   P lll - 450 Mh; 128 MB RAM; 2.7GB free on HD
   Toshiba DVD-ROM SD- M1212(6X max. variable DVD-ROM,
           32X max. variable CD-ROM)

Mad Dog/Artec WRR-52X 1.13 (CD-R/RW), 52X 24X 52X
Memorex CD-R 48X multi speed disks
