The PS/2 and normal keyboard are internally absolute the same, the only
difference is in the type of connector, therefore you can use the adapter
with any PS/2 keyboard and it will work. But PS/2 and serial mouses are
internally different. They have different voltage and other things. So not
all PS/2 mouses are designed to support the serial adapter.
