I have a computer with W95 that runs the internet terribly slowly.  The
computer had the anti.exe virus, which I got rid of with an antivirus
program, but it didn't help the speed.

I want to completely erase everything and start over.  I have the W95 CD.
 What steps do I take to format this computer and start fresh?  (Don't
worry about the loss of any info on the hard drive--nothing important
there).
