There is no support for floppy based tape drives in Win2000.  From the
HP website:

"Microsoft decided that legacy floppy tape type devices such as T3000
will not be supported in Windows 2000. Even if you got an external
parallel device the core is floppy based (QIC113) it will not have such
a driver available."

Am trying to get a T3000 tape drive to work with W2k Advanced server.
Need to get hold of  the drivers or backup software that will work with
the drive under W2k.
