As also noted on thread about Lexmark printers and another recent thread
about inexpensive printers, this is not unusual.  Might find some
interesting info at this site:

Search for "clogged" and "Espon"

Also, might want to check info on Epson site.  One place I read that you
should put an unused cartridge in a baggy.  The less air the better.
