Did anyone see a spot on NBC Dateline Tuesday night re a new book called
Sugar Busters? I planned to and did not keep my eyes open long enough. I
assume it was oriented to weight loss but the lead in promo seemed to be
higlighting the idea that sugar was a culprit vs. the normal mass market
meat/fat phobia. I know there is a web site for the book but I only ahd
time to galnce at it and it seems very commercial around welling the
book. If anyone is aware of this, how paleo or not is the approach? I
vaguely recollect some mention of this book on the list recently. Rick
